Title[Franchise Star] Success principles learned from the global franchise ‘Remax’2018-11-29 18:10

CEO Shin is very curious and is the type to try something if it's fun, regardless of the money. He founded the real estate company 'Wide Partners' in 2009 to create an organization where employees are happier, which is the value he believes in. The company started with 5 people and grew to 40 employees, but it felt limited in the market. He began looking for a brand that would complement systematic education and systems.

I was trying to expand my business, but it was impossible to grow in an area that I couldn't see. A system with standardization, simplification, and specialization was needed, but there was no such capacity within the company. After contacting numerous brands, I came across Remax. I used to think that real estate franchises were not possible in Korea, but my thoughts changed after hearing the story of Remax. We decided to work together because our vision was 'a company with happy sales staff'.

That's how CEO Shin's relationship with Remax began in 2013 with the establishment of Remax Korea, which is in charge of Remax's Korean franchise headquarters (master franchise).
